Important Notice: New Building Reservation System
South Windsor Public Schools has transitioned from SchoolDude to FMX for building and facility reservations.
All existing reservations have been transferred from SchoolDude to FMX; however, every organization must
complete a new registration in FMX. Your organization’s registration information from SchoolDude will not
automatically transfer to the new system. Please note that any reservation requests submitted through
SchoolDude that have not yet been approved will need to be resubmitted through FMX.
Please complete your organization’s FMX registration before submitting a new facility reservation
request. Once registered, you will be able to submit requests, check facility availability, and track the
status of your new reservations.

This convenient system allows you to:

• Request a room, facility, or other school space.
• Select your preferred date and time.
• Provide the details needed to process your request.
• Check the availability of the school and space you would like to use.
• Track the status of your request throughout the approval process.

Once submitted, your request will be routed electronically for review and approval. You will receive
email notifications with updates regarding the status of your request.
